PledgeMe offers three ways to crowdfund: projects, equity and lending. Examples include ParrotDog Brewery's equity campaign, which raised $2,000,000 in two days, and social enterprise Ethique which crowdfunded $500,000 in 90 minutes. I guided groups of 50 people on the multi-day Milford Track and Routeburn hikes in Fiordland, New Zealand. My core responsibilities included overseeing the general safety of the walkers; hands-on guidance in adverse weather and to struggling walkers; and providing ‘bush interpretation’. Fun responsibilities included kea spotting and encourgaing walkers to keep walking despite their blisters.

Admitted to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in September 2013. I specialised in commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructures and business law advice.
