Anna Graf Williams is the dynamic leader and president of Learnovation®, LLC, and a national expert on career development, education, marketing and workforce development. She is the coauthor of the Creating Your Career Portfolio: At-A-Glance Guide series, Family Guide and the Life Skills Series. Dr. Williams is a frequent speaker on career advancement, job readiness, and economic development, and measurement/data analytics from basics to master plans and has authored more than 30 books and over 275 refereed articles and white papers on related topics. Anna leads the Learnovation®, LLC team with her research and outcomes assessment focus for industry, education, and government clients. Her research work with the O*Net database provides a foundation for new advancements in ePortfolios and helping people document and promote their competencies,skills and abilities, while in a clear pursuit of their overall well-being. Anna also has a passion for how individuals learn. She has a Ph. D. in Educational Administration, as well as two Masters degrees in Educational Curriculum Development and Design, and Restaurant Hotel Institutional Management from Purdue University. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Institutional Food Management from the University of Illinois. Anna has specialized throughout her career on innovative and holistic teaching methods, outcomes assessment, marketing and management.
