Head of Vattenfall Shared Service Recruitment in the Nordic countries. The team handled approximately 1,000 recruitments per year in the Nordic region. My responsibility was to manage and develop the Shared Service Recruiting unit in line with the strategic direction of Vattenfall. This included both strategical and operational responsibilities, i.e. - planning and following up on budget, forecasts and finances - staffing, managing and coaching of team and the team members- reduce costs- further improve and streamline the recruitment process I was part of the management team within Shared Services HR.

Värmdö has about 36000 inhabitants and is a municipality in strong growth. The local organization has about 3 000 employees. My mission was to design processes and develop tools for streamlining and coordinating the municipality's efforts in manpower supply and recruitment, including the introduction of new employees. I was responsible for setting up guidelines for the functioning of the internal labor market within the municipal organization to thereby allow for greater staff mobility.

AT Kearney is a leading management consulting company with 3500 employees worldwide, and approximatly 100 employees in the Nordic countries. The Nordic headquarters is in Stockholm. I was responsible for strategy, implementation and monitoring of the AT Kearney recruitment of consultants for its own operations in the Nordic countries. I had budgetary responsibility. My job was to bring order in the recruitment activities, costs procedures, etc, and then further develop recruitment activities for all target groups. I conducted an efficiancy program of the recruitment process, and also worked on the development and training of internal staff in recruitments, procurement of external services, and more.

I was responsible for 120 consultants. The role was to facilitate communication and be the link between the consultants and management. My task was to match the project needs for competence and individual consultants' needs and desires for professonal development. I worked with competence issues, wage audits, promotion process, introduction of new employees, lay offs, staff social issues and other issues continually arise in the HR area.

A newly started recruitment company in the Nordic specializing in graduates with up to seven years of work experience. The company worked with both specific recruitment assignments and recruitment events, "Nordic Career Futures". When I left EMDS, the company had thirteen full time employees and annual sales of approximatly 12 MSEK.Recruitment Consultant, Search & SelectionI was responsible for the entire process, starting form the selling in to new clients to candidate identification and attraction through search, interviews and to support the company in the further recruitment process.Project Manager, Nordic Career FuturesCo-responsible for organizing the recruitment forum "Nordic Career Futures" in Sweden. About 2,000 candidates applied, 380 were selected to participate along with 23 companies. Approximatly 950 interviews were conducted over two days. My responsibility was primarily the candidate management, contacts with universities and colleges, and hotels for the event. Coordinated the dozen extra staff employed.
