Managed the transition of asset ownership for a global technology company in process of spin-off from a large technology conglomerate. This involved documentation of their global inventory, oversight of the infrastructure move across multiple sites with uninterrupted operability and systems knowledge transfer.Developed project and execution plan, documented and managed dependencies and risks.

Fully oversaw the design, development and implementation of the Carbon Tool, Camco’s central carbon data management system. System was the central repository of all data related to Camco’s global portfolio of carbon offset projects, including timelines, offset tonnages, commercial information, project costs and risks. System also generated forecast schedules to track project cycles. Served as project lead and architect overseeing requirements gathering, functional and user interface design, development, design and implementation of several UAT cycles and system acceptance across stakeholders. Lead global roll-out and training, being the change agent that facilitated system adoption across stakeholders to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.Managed project planning, facilitated communication among stakeholders including senior management, key business users, technology, operations and third party vendors.Conducted an RFP process to select a vendor for software development and negotiated vendor contracts.

Developed analytical tools based on maturity model framework for project management and change management, enabling examiners to perform structured assessments, rate banking institutions and quantitatively compare institutions across a given sector or industry.Proposed, authored and submitted a report outlining a comprehensive environmental policy for the Bank.
