I was promoted to be a key member of the Southwest Region leadership team consisting of 15 contracts generating over $200M in annual revenue, 2000 revenue generating buses, 11 Human Resources Professionals and 3500 employees where I am responsible for devising staffing and human resources practices and improve employee workflow productivity. In addition I also act as a business partner with General Managers, Directors and Regional Vice Presidents concerning employee/labor relations issues, discipline, training, and development. During my tenure I led talent management and succession planning efforts by developing strategies to eliminate driver shortages and plan for services expansions, resulting in driver surpluses at three locations and implemented new systems, enhancements and applications for leave of absence processes which reduced intermittent leaves by 14%. I also was proud to have achieved three contract start-ups in 2014 including onboarding of over 1400 employees in 90 days.

As HR Manager I was responsible for managing a full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs for the University of Phoenix stadium. I began by creating HR policies and procedures and providing guidance to executive management regarding employee relations issues and company policies and procedures. In addition I supervised the performance process for 450 employees and conducted quarterly HR training for supervisors and managers. During my tenure I designed new-hire interview and orientation structure and directed part-time employee evaluation, compensation programs and developed all strategies for staffing Arizona Cardinals Football games, Super Bowl XLII, and mega events.I successfully streamlined the operational recruitment and onboarding process for new hires prior to start of each Football season successfully staffing the 2009 Super Bowl and served as subject matter expert for leave absences and workers compensation programs in alignment with leadership and legal department.
