Chief Financial Officer
Current- Team member providing financial data for decision-making making in techology companies that have received funding from Hong Kong based, publicly listed company and Business Finland - Continuous development of budgeting and forecasting model that predicts sales, cash flow and profitability as well as analyzes company's cost structure and financial needs- Monthly presentations of key financials to board of directors- Providing scenario and sensitivity analysis, financial risk management and ad-hoc financial analyses when needed - Supervisor of local Finance Managers in Vietnamese and Turkish subsidiaries- Goal setting for sales and operations based on financial targets. Supporting sales and operations where needed, e.g. tenders and marketing material- Design and implementation of key financial and operational processes, ERP and quality management system- Presentation of financial figures in funding rounds- Responsible for HR and administration
