Worked on the following projects: 1. Supporting a big insurance company with: - A major redesign of internal applications including management of the UX-part implementation by an international development teams- User research to align user needs with the business objectives and to visualise the results for integration as a part of a B2C portal- Validation of the user journey for a product with the potential customers, all the way from recruiting to presenting the results.2. Took over a high level concept for a complex IoT native app (iOS and Android) for implementation as a PM/PO-Proxy, UX Expert, requirements engineer and a contributor in the visual design. Responsibilities included:1: - Conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to identify user needs, business requirements and/or potential for improvement- Organising, managing and conducting user research (incl. walkthroughs and contextual inquiries) - Organising, managing and conducting or supervising usability tests - Requirements engineering and creating backlog for implementation, incl. writing specifications and creating scalable solutions that work across different subsystems- Creating wireframes, prototypes and visual designs for native mobile and desktop applications- Monitoring and driving features’ implementation2: - Product roadmap creation and translating a high-level ideas into concrete product with defined set of features - Co-creating scalable interaction designs and concept alongside the visual designs- Leading usability tests to validate first concepts and first solutions- Leading requirements engineering & creating backlog & specifications- Leading the implementation team (development and design) in a Scrum setting- Managing the project to ensure the implementation of the essential features of a well rounded product within the international distributed setting

While working as an external consultant on the client side, I supported an insurance company with a major redesign of internal applications (B2E). I followed agile methodology (SAFE) and user-centered design approach to fulfil both end user and customer needs in order to create a useful and efficient system to work with.Responsibilities included:- Conducting user research and working on requirements engineering- Conducting workshops and interviews to identify user needs and/or potential for improvement- Conception of scalable solutions that work across different subsystems- Creating wireframes and prototypes- Conducting usability tests, walkthroughs and contextual inquiries- Creating UI specifications and backlog for implementation- Ensuring implementation and scalability of the implemented solutions- User interface acceptance testing

My responsibilities included: - Synthesising customer needs into useful, usable and desirable product experiences and solutions - Requirement engineering and conception - Creating wireframes and prototypes in an iterative manner - User experience research incl. conducting usability tests, identifying UX problems and potential for improvement - Conducting expert reviews of designs and implemented solutions - User acceptance interface testing Additionally my functions included project management for both maintenance and active projects.
