I managed the development of Marel's external webs and led the web team in Marel. I was also responsible for the development of a tool called: Marel Offline where our salespeople were able to look up all our solutions offline on a laptop or iPad. Was responsible for running web-related projects within the company. - 2016. Launched a project to develop a Digital Strategy for Marel with the consultancy firm Novicell.- 2009. Created and managed the development of the tool "Marel Offline" for laptops and iPads. Marel Offline is a sales tool for Marel's sales network that allows our salespeople to present our products and marketing material electronically without an Internet connection.- 2008. Successfully merged six different websites, that belonged to various companies Marel had bought, into one.

Glitnir was an international Icelandic bank. On 20 February 2009, in light of the Icelandic financial crisis, the bank's name was changed back to the original Íslandsbanki.- Managed their websites and Intranet.- Marketed products and services both online and offline.In 2008, glitnir.is won best corporate website at the Icelandic web awards for the year 2007, the year I was managing the web.The selection committee's review:"The strength of the web rests on two intertwined roles of exemplary corporate webs; the web is key element in the overall marketing strategy of the company as well as an excellent sales and service tool with numerous self-service options. After the bank changed it's name and launched a new site with a new design it got noticed for professionalism and ambition. A reputation the web team has kept since."
