I am wired to seek out potential in people and systems. I crave challenge and can't help but get to work optimizing potential. My inner chime zings when I get to work with people who move fast, but strategically. I wake up every morning to ask the good, hard questions and get stuff done. I dream fearlessly and can't stop until the vision is accomplished. I dream and do, do and dream...it's just what makes me tick. I am a big picture gal with a bias toward action. I am an experienced organizational leader, who is also a generalist and capacity builder. I have built my career in the non-profit and education landscape (with a distinct influence from entrepreneurs), taking big ideas from dream to implementation. I am most at home professionally when I am building, connecting and bridging people, sectors and industries to benefit children and families. And I am most delighted by disrupting systems to be the most efficient and effective version of themselves. As a curious, life-long learner, I am always reaching for my growing edge.
