I’m a passionate, driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Leader with a desire to make a positive impact on all around me. I fell into the world of recruitment back in 2007, and realised I found my people! It was the perfect career to utilise my strengths of talking, problem solving and coaching, all the while listening to others tell me their stories. Since then, I’ve run my own recruitment business, built an extensive network across the medical, science & pharmaceutical industries in ANZ, and stepped into both project management and people leadership. Anyone who knows me refers to my outgoing personality, sense of purpose, love for a good chat and authentic approach to both life and business. I also have a chronic addiction to leaving voicemails, while knowing everyone younger than me will never actually listen to them. Outside of my role supporting recruitment, you will find me networking, supporting a variety of causes, including as an Ally for the LGBTQI Community, facilitating training sessions or singing badly out loud. And when that's done and dusted, you'll catch me at the beach with my family.
