Systems Manager – Asia PacificLocated in the Asia Regional office in Singapore with headcount in both Shanghai and Bangkok as part of my team. A team with the aim to act as the link between the IT side and the Operational side of the business for all system related projects/tasks/developments.Focus is also put on EDI Integration and IT solutions for Customers and Warehouses. Responsible for driving the marketing efforts in the region which include analyzing and developing marketing strategies & campaigns, conducting customer satisfaction surveys and writing Newsletters. Designing and performing training courses and programmes necessary to meet all training needs within the Asian Organization.Key Achievements: Founder and starter of a project to build a new intranet portal within the global organization which is now up and running in production. Successfully rolled out a new operations system in all Asian offices during 2008/2009. Productively completed training for 500 staff in Asia by travelling to each office conducting training courses in general shipping knowledge and systems training. Founder and writer of the yearly customer satisfaction survey and quarterly newsletter featuring articles related to shipping and world economy. Maersk Logistics Sweden AB - Gothenburg, SwedenClient Coordinator During my full time university studies I was working part time for Maersk Logistics Sweden. I was hired to update the purchase order/track and trace system for one of the key clients in Sweden. Becoming more involved in the business, my responsibilities were extended to working as a client coordinator for the same customer whenever I had breaks from University. Between 2000 and 2004 I worked full time for approximately 3 months a year and on top of that I became responsible for keeping the purchase order/track and trace system updated every week of the year.
