Joined the team of the Purchasing restructuring project aimed to introduce new processes and a new product portfolio across EMEA. In this role, I have - Served as the primary stakeholder interface for the implementation phase of the project- Build and lead project plans execution- Regularly supervise and review project progress- Manage priorities and stakeholders- Build up and manage operational cooperation with external Suppliers

o Successfully planned, executed and monitored large scale Installation Projects (supplying products and services to data centers, distribution warehouses, stores, offices) in the UK, Germany, France and Poland with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality and EHS (Environment, Health and Safety). The value of projects varied between 250k and 2MM USD. o Developed tracking and reporting tools and took overall responsibility for the team`s projects P&L, controlling project`s budget and progress in relation to time, budget and quality. Managed project`s changes, its feasibility, took corrective actions and managed stakeholder’s expectations accordingly.o Managed cooperation across ITO/OTR (Inquiry to Order/ Order to Remittance) teams to achieve project goals and successful completion. Had full responsibility for customer-facing in the project execution phase. o Lead and managed cooperation with suppliers including the creation of SOW, coordination of works on site, systematic inspection and audits, contract closure. o Provided project forecasting translated into product demand to the Supply Chain Department, financial forecasting and performance reporting to senior management. o Provided trainings based on project`s lessons learned to cross functional team members.

Developed a components sales channel in Russia & CIS. Engaged with new customers and built new business models with new business partners. Managed the market of 3,5MM USD.Introduced new business opportunity with yearly revenue of 600k USD.Supported market research and worked on market entry strategies for new products.

Participated in manufacturing localization in the CIS region. Supported cooperation establishment with the outsourced manufacturing company. Worked on processes development and implementation for Sourcing and Supply of components.

In this position I was responsible for forecast and demand planning of 25 countries in EE region. To my duties belong: manage the forecast for consumer and C&I customers, optimizing availability of orders, weekly service check (Fill rate) and taking actions on improving service level.
