In the role as CHRO I ensure the HR agenda enables business transformation, workforce & talent readiness, and fostering a winning culture supporting high engagement and performance.Key focus areas in my role:- HR Transformation: To enhance standardization, automation, and cost efficiency across the Nordics, I was part of leading the design and implementation of a new HR operating model. This model transitions from siloed, standalone local HR functions to a structure that combines both local HR roles and support, as-well as shared Nordic services establishing a Shared Services unit. To support this transformation, we also did a system implementation enabling seamless self-service and HR inquiry & ticketing.- People & Culture Development: Elevating Telenor Sweden’s HR agenda to enable business transformation through a winning culture that aligns and enables our business strategy. Other objectives are also to evolve our leadership framework from traditional to transformational, enhancing workforce planning, and ensuring readiness for future skills and competencies through proactive workforce shaping.

Group Supply is an organization of +6500 people globally. As Head of People I am heading up the Supply People function of +25 HR professionals having three Head of HRs and two Global HRBP as my direct reports. Group Supply People teams are based in China/Nanjing, Estonia/Tallinn, India/Gurgaon, Sweden/Kista & USA/Dallas.Focus in role (top priorities);- Support digital transformation of our end-to-end supply chain and developing future ready organization & employees in line with the supply business strategy.- Set a global workforce strategy with focus on capabilities and future critical competences. Support needed competence shift within Supply by designing Re- & Upskilling programs, Job Rotation Programs & proactive people planning.- Enabling high performing teams by strengthening and driving strategic initiatives within diversity & inclusion.In 2019 I was responsible of leading the HR work stream for setting up the company’s first Smart Factory (location USA/Lewisville) that was awarded and recognized as a Global Light House by World Economic Forum 2020. The Smart Factory is role modelling Industry 4.0 and one of the most modern and high tech production sites in the world.
