The following outlines my achievements as the Director of Commercial Administration and Director of Commercial Credit:-Coordinated the processing of over 5,600 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications by directing and training 35+ associates from different areas of the Bank-Directed multiple system implementations including a new commercial loan system, PPP loan forgiveness system, and appraisal ordering system. Implementation included selection, testing, procedures, and training-Streamlined the commercial credit analysis process, improving turn times in the commercial credit department from 10 days to 2 days for small business and 4 days for commercial deals-Designed and administered the first formal credit training curriculum, with specific emphasis on C&I lending, for all commercial banking officers -Digitized and automated forms and processes including the beneficial ownership form, personal financial statement, bank officer deal submission-Served as an active participant on the CEO council, a council that meets monthly with Republic Bank’s CEO and President to discuss innovation and relevant topics to management throughout the Bank-Selected for the August 2020 ROAR award, which is a peer nominated award where 4 associates at Republic Bank are selected by an Executive Committee monthly for outstanding, above-and-beyond service. • Coordinate the relationship risk management process through ensuring covenant compliance, reviewing underwriting, confirming proper loan closing, and completing annual loan reviews for commercial relationships within combined commercial portfolio exposure up to $308MM• Analyze financial statements for commercial and industrial companies with $5MM to $50MM in sales and commercial real estate entities to identify risks, to mitigate risks, to ensure accurate risk grading, and to improve credit quality within the commercial loan portfolio• Assist the Corporate Portfolio Risk Officer in completing annual loan reviews for clients with greater than $50MM in sales as needed• Leadership recognized level III and IV work product and rewarded job promotion to PRO III on 8/1/2015

• Forecast the corporation’s future regulatory capital and regulatory capital ratios in baseline and stress scenarios in order to assist executive management in decisions regarding capital actions• Assist in preparing the corporation’s annual Capital Plan, which is submitted to the Federal Reserve for annual approval under the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) process• Interpret, analyze impact, and coordinate optimization of all new regulations affecting bank capital including the Federal Reserve’s final capital rules under the Basel III accord

• Prepared all monthly and quarterly security and derivative reporting including the securities and derivative footnotes for the 10-Q and reporting for internal committees• Built an excel model to calculate annual expected cash payments and GAAP amortization of BB&T’s outstanding debt instruments• Developed a model to estimate the value of BB&T’s portfolio of cash flow hedges under different interest rate scenarios including stress scenarios

• Built and maintained a model to automate all accounting and calculate impairment for BB&T’s $1.2b portfolio of over 100 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Partnerships• Coordinated and constructed operational aspects of Reg. W requirements, including quarterly communication of transactions with affiliates and subsidiaries, daily exposure and collateral tracking, and Federal Reserve and internal committee reporting• Developed an efficient and effective process for reporting requirements on BB&T’s securities portfolio, including disclosures in the 10-Q, Federal Reserve reporting, and internal reporting requirements• Transformed a former 5-hour quarterly process to upload 5 subsidiary companies onto BB&T’s General Ledger to a more accurate and effective 2-hour process
