Responsible of managing the supply chain team comprised of professionals in the purchasing, planning, imports and warehouse areas. We must ensure product stock in our distribution center for five different brands such as Papa John’s, Krispy Kreme, Pinkberry, Quiznos and Palacio del Cine in the Dominican Republic. We have to control Maximum and Minimum inventories to avoid out of stock and over stock items. Every month, we import about four to five containers of goods. We also manage weekly meetings with operations and marketing to align sales tactics and promotions, as well as monthly meetings to present KPI´s results to our Business Director.

We are in charge of Planning and purchase goods for the 21 Franchisee Restaurants all over the country. We need to do Local and International purchases that comply the International standards and maintain the inventory without exceeding the Distribution Center capacity.

I am in charge of the Local and International purchases. I have to ensure that all office material, cleaning and maintenance materials gets to the five different sites. As a Special free zone, I have to make sure all the imports gets their proper documentation including the resolution. I do manage a petty cash and a corporate credit card under my name to make local and internationally purchases.

I was in charge of the Local and International purchases. I had to ensure that the inventory was accurate and also the items we ordered needs to get to the facility on time. I used to purchase labels, cans, boxes, wrapping material, ingredients and chemicals. Apart from that I was in charge of putting together the product resolution for imports and exports.
