After much deliberation, I decided to transition from a career in Marketing to fully pursuing a career in Engineering, a decision I have not regretted. I am currently in my second year of a BEng (Hons) in Engineering with the Open University, while working at Adept Consulting Engineers.As a Structural Technician, I collaborate with a team of experienced technicians and engineers on projects across various sectors, including Residential, Healthcare, and Education.At Adept, I also serve as the Social Value Champion, a role that involves coordinating positive business initiatives that support the local community and promote environmental sustainability.
