Dale Resources was founded on my passion for helping fellow professionals enhance their visual appearance and communication skills so that they are better prepared and positioned to take their career to the next level. I have worked with thousands of individuals, including companies as large as Armstrong and PFM Asset Management LLC, to educate professionals ranging from entry-level to executive. I have provided seminars, corporate training programs and targeted keynotes for groups as large as 300 people that focus on critical topics such as Appearance, Personal Branding and Style; Presentation Skills; Business Etiquette and Protocol; Communication and Soft Skills; and Confidence and Self-Worth Development.The purpose of my work as an image consultant and personal branding specialist is not to change who you are, but to highlight your best features and align them with the goals you want to achieve both personally and professionally. Additionally, I use my skills to enhance businesses’ marketing strategies by suggesting essential concepts which they can immediately implement to improve their branding and communications prior to engaging a full-service marketing firm. Just as I do with individuals, I help guide businesses in the right direction with smart solutions that will increase their awareness, reach and cash flow.

In my own pursuit for better health, I discovered the global anti-aging company Nu Skin and was so inspired with the results that I knew I wanted to help share the effectiveness of these quality products by educating people on the power of gene expression science. As an independent distributor of Nu Skin, I partner with healthcare practitioners to launch patented, antioxidant scanner technology in their practices, improve patient well-being through consumption of pharmaceutical-grade nutritional products, and build long-term residual income for physicians and staff.

Serving my community as an elected official is my passion, not my career. I believe that good governance begins at the local level when we all become involved and informed. As a Township Supervisor, I aim to create an atmosphere of openness as well as encourage people to take an active role in their local government. I am most passionate about educating people on how government works and inspiring them with the knowledge that they can make a difference.

Hollow Branch Inc is a family-owned and operated small regional carrier company specializing in trailers with hydraulic plates that provide walking floor capabilities. My husband and I founded this business as a solution for transporting large quantities of materials while still providing the ability to unload in smaller, controlled amounts. I provide marketing and support services for the company including interfacing with FHA, PennDOT, PA Department of Revenue as well as handling workman’s compensation, insurance and other legal responsibilities. My role with Hollow Branch has given me the first-hand experience of a business owner and entrepreneur that allows me to better understand the unique needs and challenges that come with successfully growing a business.
