My passions in life are FOOD, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, and PROBLEM-SOLVING!★FOOD: All of my earliest memories are of mixing, measuring, and cooking with my grandmother. Those positive experiences transformed to managing commercial kitchens and operations. Food service experience instills a can-do spirit - where the ability to quickly and effectively find creative solutions when facing an obstacle (or missing ingredient) is a major strength. ★BUSINESS MANAGEMENT: My father owned a Radio Shack for the first 20 years of my life. I remember taking naps in his office as a young child which those experiences evolved as I grew older where I was supporting all areas of his family owned and run business. Those early experiences exposed me to an entrepreneurial mindset that I embody today!★PROBLEM-SOLVING:I have always enjoyed building things and taking things apart to find out how they work and fix them. I get a great sense of accomplishment after I build something and it works perfectly!I enjoy working in an area that I can use my strengths (Gallup, Top 5) ★Strategic - Ability to sort through the clutter and find the best route. This perspective allows me to see patterns where others simply see complexity.★Individualization - I instinctively observe each person’s style, each person’s motivation, how each thinks, and how each builds relationships. Because I am such a keen observer of other people’s strengths, I can draw out the best in each person, and allows me to build productive teams. ★Analytical - I search for the patterns and connections that will ultimately lead to the root cause.★Relator - Once the initial connection has been made, you deliberately encourage a deepening of the relationship. You want to understand their feelings, their goals, their fears, and their dreams; and you want them to understand yours.★Learner - I love to learn. I am energized by the steady and deliberate journey from ignorance to competence. ►I am a firm believer in the mindset that life is full of OBSTACLES to be overcome and each will only make you STRONGER!
