Working as a lead structural engineer in the investment company, the department of the construction management and supervision, in cooperation with the Spanish architectural bureau "Cleverteck". Implementing multi discipline projects including scope development; project planning, coordination and verification; communication; progress monitoring; project change control and project close outs. Participating in the implementation of the following projects: Reconstruction of the shopping mall Golden Babylon at 212, Mira Ave., k2, with a total area of 242,000 m2The main duties are:• Preparation and verification of contracts with contractors including the development and approval of technical tasks, work schedule, control of execution of the technical tasks;• Analysis of the survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, topographical or geologic data and other initial documentation to plan project;• Control and coordination of the project examination. Monitoring corrections of the examination remarks by the designer;• Ensuring the project complies with legal requirements;• Analysis of the effectiveness of the finalized design solutions; • Check the estimates for all types of construction, installation and finishing operation;• Resolving design and development problems, Providing technical advice regarding design, construction;• Liaising with a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors. Works with the Construction Team to define workable structural engineering solutions as required for the construction packages assigned;• Ensure delivery of ready for construction documents;• Ensure the project tasks and deliverable are delivered on time and within budget. As a Structural Engineer and a professional in the construction design was responsible for the planning, designing, and reviewing plans for structures requiring structural analysis and the successful defense of these projects at the State Verification Organisation. Among the most important projects were Industrial Park, High-rise residential buildings, Health and Athletic Complexes, Mountain Skiing Centre. All the projects performed always met up deadlines and were a high quality.Duties- I was fully responsible for the structural analysis and drafting coordination of the most complicated projects in the company to prepare design packages including calculations, specifications and drawings for concrete, metal, masonry, wooden structures using FEM software (SCAD, ROBOT, TEKLA)- As a part of my work were also foundation design for special structures in complex geological conditions and collaboration with geotechnical engineers to investigate ground conditions.- I led the design process of all forms of construction according appropriate codes of practice and standards.- Managing quality control, statutory documentation and compliance with quality, safety standards and conditions of the contract- I trained junior staff, shared my experience in order to increase the speed and productivity of the designing, helped in organising and prioritising the most important.- Collaboration with clients, subcontractors.- I presented a company on local and international meetings to discuss projects with people and communities whom a project will affect.- Structural Inspections of building properties, with recommendations for structural repair works, structural calculations for different types of structures and report.

The main specialisation of the company was the design of large-panel residential buildings across the north-west region of the country.Duties- Preparing highly accurate and well detailed drawings with specifications- Taking part in the creation tools for the easy design of the large-panel building, including 3D models, automatization of the creation plans, facades, detailing.- Using this technology based on Autodesk Product (ADT) for simulation purposes of the large-panel buildings.- Collaboration with the factory that produced reinforced concrete elements, improving of the elements and detailing in order to achieve unification and high-speed assembly .- The application that was developed became a part of my work at the University and the same principle was adopted for the creation of the application based on “Autodesk Architectural Desktop” for the industrial reinforced concrete frame buildings with my own base of the elements, details and automatic creation of the drawings as well as the possibility of the final visualization in 3DsMax.
