◾Entering accurate data in different title and appraisal portals for our homeowners◾Proactively communicate the statuses of our customers to Underwriters and processors◾Follow up with title companies to verify the status of the title reports and tax certificates◾Act as a liaison between internal teams and title companies to resolve any discrepancies or relay request/s◾Update our Undelivered Appraisal Queue with the latest statuses and notes of transparency◾Upload title reports and Tax certificates from the title vendor's portal to the underwriting system◾Regularly update Excel tracker report for productivity◾Contributing to creating Standard Operating Procedures and other training materials.

◾Process loan applications for bank financing◾Review, validate, and ensure completeness of buyers’ requirements and documents for submission to the bank.◾Communicate with buyers for the compliance of documents through email, text, and call.◾Prepare memos and Notices◾Assist walk-in buyers with the submission of their requirements, loan signing, and other concerns about their housing loan.◾Close coordination with the bank personnel for faster processing of loan takeout◾Identify customer needs, explore all options, and suggest different types of financing◾Helped the company to meet the objective and monthly targets
