Working in student support, I help students make the most of their exchange semester or year, a life changing experience for young people.I have a passion for solving problems and developing projects to support my students and colleagues. Equipped with curiosity and analytical thinking skills, I have an eye for improving, digitalising, and automating processes within my own work and the work of my unit. A high degree of empathic and intercultural skills foster my enthusiasm for inclusiveness and sustainability. These, I implement in my every day work but also in additional projects, e.g. by being a member of the Ethical Consumption and Sustainability Committee of UCD Global.I am keen to exchange ideas and best practices in student support, but I am also open to new challenges when they align with my values.
