Additionally, I am excited to lead specialized IT resourcing efforts for our business and digital transformation program (Accelerate 25), that will modernize and revolutionize TSA. This complex implementation includes a new HR System (Workday), Customer Relationship platform (Salesforce), Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Intranet for more than 13,000 employees, 100,000 volunteers as well as external partners.
