In my current role at Otak, I support our marketing team in many pursuits. I submit for awards, surveys, and on-call proposals. I plan and attend conferences and in-house events that team with small businesses, non-profit organizations and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives at our company. I help with compliance and graphics for internal and external communications, update the website and internal database. We utilize social media and email campaigns in order to reach our current connections and potential new clients and employees.

In this role during the height of the pandemic, I successfully managed the transition of my company from working with an out-of-house ad agency to be a fully-functioning in-house marketing team, a small but mighty team of two. During this time, I was utilizing Adobe and Microsoft products to design materials for both internal decks and presentations, and external communications, including press releases, social media posts and white pages. Gantry was able to emerge as a thought leader in the industry, posting blogs and email campaigns about the current state of the market and the economy during the pandemic. We managed our Wordpress site, including back of house SEO optimization as well as paid media across multiple platforms.

I support the Finance team in the communication, research and marketing of specific properties to lenders, thus securing access to the billions of dollars in funds for regional shopping centers, office and multifamily complexes, industrial buildings and other select commercial assets. My day-to-day responsibilities require expertise within the Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency across social media platforms. Other responsibilities include production of team marketing campaigns, deal flow tracking, annual origination reporting to MBA and specific lenders, industry event planning and travel coordination. In addition, I plan and coordinates the company’s annual finance strategy meeting.

I created content calendars and implemented a specific tailored theme and voice for each client's social channels in order to tell a story and connect with the desired audience.DESIGN - I created display ads and remarketing ads for multiple clients. I also recommended and implemented website changes in order to improve SEO and provide a positive UX.
