I wrote the Cara Annual Report 2013-14 and designed concepts for the graphics in the report. I wrote a few issues of a Cara newsletter in an acting role and managed Cara's social media page for a period of time.

I managed 8 Team Leaders, who support individuals with a disability to live in the community in a valued and meaningful way.

Working alongside Cara’s Developmental Educators to provide roll out of Active Support Model across Cara, training and coaching, positive behaviour support and other person centred projects

Recruitment of Cara’s Community Support Workers, including advertising, coordinating panels, recruitment workshops, referee checks, interviewing, development of recruitment packs and support for induction

I supported social workers and families to recruit volunteer host families to support children with disabilities in their own family home.

I marketed Cara's Co Tenancy Program, recruited co tenants, created a Co Tenancy Work Instruction Manual and worked as a Team Leader with tenants who were seeking a housemate

I managed support staff in a house shared by people with disabilities. I also managed rosters, finance, and facilitating meetings, team building, liaison with families and stakeholders and daily living/ community support tasks. This role was the highlight of my career, when I was recognised by the people I supported as someone who made a true positive.

I worked with adults in their home to support with daily living activities and to participate in community life.
