Students support, organization of additional professional education in Kolomna Agricultural College. Launching of an English school (15 students). Launching of the project of the Agrarian College and the Ministry of Agriculture "Farmer's School". 76 appliements, 39 students, 93% of students who complete the course.

I co-founded an English language school in Kolomna in February 2017 with my business partner. As well as running regular classes at the school organised special events for students to speak with natives and achieved a result of 36 out of 75 students passing the Cambridge English exam after our first year of teaching. Following this achievement the Sherlock English Club was accredited as an International preparation center for Cambridge exams. In September 2019 my share of the business was bought out by my business partner. My responsibilities in the Sherlock English Club included accounting, HR management and event organisation.2020 - return to Teaching (due the borders were close). I have 70 students in college (5 groups up to 15 students in each) and 16 students in Language school.

Organization of language tours abroad (UK, EU, Ireland) for higher education and learning English. Made the first trip to Cyprus for 2 people in Nov 2018. 2019 - 1 student to Ireland, 3 students to UK, 18 students to Cyprus. 2020: January - March 16 students to UK. Travel package: 7 (Nov.2018) -23 (February 2020) - Monthly growth more than in 3 times less than two years.Nov.2019 - open the office "Education abroad with Anna Kadenko" in Kolomna (3 employees)

Office manager with 5 employees. Promotion from tour manager to office manager in 6 month. Self registration from 18 to 50 travel package in month (31 in average = 62 adult per mounth). Grow office income from 50000 RUB in May 2014 to 200000 RUB in Aug-October 2014.
