•Lead on the Pathogens of Pandemic Potential file conducting background research and several horizontal consultations across PHAC (OCSO, EMB, NML etc.) and externally (CIHR) to complete an environmental scan on the work on emerging pathogens presented in an issues analysis and deck to inform senior level management (ED/DG/VP) on existing work and connections within the agency.• Support the FPT Pandemic Preparedness Action Framework (PPAF) file by drafting and preparing briefing materials (i.e. speaking notes, informational slides, decks) for senior management (DG/VP) meetings such as internal VP meetings and secretariat tables (i.e. CIDSC, PHNC, CDMH, HMM), attending key consultation meetings, keeping track of emails for input and other key information.• Support the Pandemic Preparedness Environmental Scan project by preparing materials (e.g. preparing and populating templates) for horizontal input across PHAC, conducting horizontal consultations to inform a final analysis product of pandemic preparedness activities in the Agency.• Knowledge lead on the WHO 5C’s and it’s implications on all files relevant to the team, preparing deck and materials to brief team internally on developments on the file on an ongoing basis.• Develop and maintain the high-priority H5N1 avian influenza file by engaging with PHAC departments horizontally to produce planning scenarios, goals and objects, and gap analyses documents to inform and provide strategic advice to senior level management (DG/VP) given tight timelines. • Support in the H5Nx tabletop exercise by; attending core planning team meetings with the lead; providing relevant input from a PHMGD perspective; support in decision making on exercise process and players, providing feedback and input on exercise report, briefing DG on feedback for next steps.• Respond to urgent and complex taskings by providing input to domestic and international policy files from a public health measures and pandemic preparedness perspective.

Conduct a grey literature review to examine interventions that public health agencies in partnerships with faith-based and community-based organizations use to improve vaccine confidence in minoritized populations. • Produce, refine and complete the data extraction table with information from each article included in the literature review.
