Provide tutoring support to Auburn University accounting students with integrity, skill, and understanding.

As a Peer Instructor I work side-by-side with a professor working on professionalism and career development with our students. The instructor relies on me to manage 90+ students, for setting priorities, managing assignments and for problem solving through utilization of different resources offered. This is a particular challenging position because many of the students are also my peers, so I must demonstrate integrity to not show bias or favoritism and hold my friends to the same standards as everyone else in the class. Critical thinking is important for grading assignments and often time grade decisions are not black and white. There are 15 peer instructors that rely on each other for informal and formal training, inspiration, and backbone support.
