Focuses include environmental and conservation management, crop planning, application tracking, purchasing, marketing and sales, and assisting in adherence to Global Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Management of adherence to sustainable agricultural and environmental practices. Responsible for researching and implementing new technology for precision agriculture, such as moisture probes and other irrigation efficiency upgrades, weather stations for environmental and crop specific monitoring, web platforms for tracking farm activity data, etc. Maintain an up to date knowledge of fertilizer and chemical application options, both generic and for specific product markets.

Support day to day bottling and operations function. Provide general assistance to the Operations and Purchasing Manager, which includes tracking using IVIS, bottling of wine, incoming and outgoing wine transfers, trucking logistics, quality control, coordination with materials suppliers, client negotiation, inventory, equipment maintenance, materials acquisition, etc.

Execution of all winery tasks in the lab and in the cellar. These include, but are not limited to, pump-over, punchdown, pressing, racking, barreling down, inoculations, additions, sample analysis, quality control, etc. Provide general assistance to the cellar master and winemakers in all aspects of fruit processing and handling.
