With over 20 years of experience in the banking sector, I am a senior executive and a branch manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, one of the leading international banking groups in Central and Eastern Europe. I am also a graduate of the Harvard Leadership Academy and the Innovation Academy.My expertise lies in capital markets, product development, process design and optimization, and agile leadership. I have led and contributed to many capital markets related projects, such as product development, regulatory compliance, and customer service implementation. I have also been involved in the digital banking portfolio management, supporting the sales in financial institutions and trading areas. As a branch manager, I oversee the group delivery center that specializes in products delivery with use of agile methodology. My mission is to lead the digital transformation and innovation in the group, while creating Raiffeisen Tech in Poland and building effective and collaborative teams that deliver value to the customers and the organization.
