Established in 1976, Ezrat Avot is dedicated to improving the lives of Jerusalem's elderly through diverse programs including Meals on Wheels, dry goods packages, holiday events, daily activities, and essential social services. My role centers on creating the new website, designing compelling materials, developing effective email campaigns, and crafting newsletters.

I design and deliver workshops and leadership training programs rooted in the Adaptive Leadership Framework, developed in partnership with the Kansas Leadership Center (USA). These initiatives empower Masa Fellows and alumni with the skills and confidence needed to lead effectively in their Jewish communities and workplaces worldwide.

"Prepared and Successful to Germany" is a non-profit project organized by Diakonie that supports individuals planning to migrate to Germany by providing comprehensive guidance and assistance in their emigration process and integration into German society.― generated monthly reports to track and document the progress of the project within the Russian branch― worked with participant data, utilizing tables and conducting data analysis to gain valuable insights and inform decision-making― provided translation services, effectively converting documents from Russian to German to ensure seamless communication and understanding

Masa Israel Journey is the leading organization offering immersive international experiences in Israel for young Jews worldwide. ― successfully completed the course "Group Dynamics and Facilitator Training Program" consisted of 230 hours, which included academic theory and practice from basic concepts (setting, group task and norms, interventions, boundaries, developmental phases, resistance, conflicts, techniques, roles) to the theories of W. Bion, K. Whitaker, I. Yalom and others, along with participation in dynamic circles and their analysis, as well as leading the group independently with a co-facilitator― took part in tours and trips to various cities in Israel, lectures on Israeli history and culture, visits to museums and memorial sites, lectures and meetings on various aspects of life in Israel (labor market, holidays, bureaucratic processes, etc.)― managed not only to deepen and grow my professional skills to work with groups, but also comfortably adapt to future life in Israel

The project "Humanitarian Gesture" was initiated by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Germany and Russia for historical reconciliation between the peoples of Germany and Russia after the tragic events of World War II. The initiative includes the creation of a meeting place where representatives of German and Russian society can engage in dialogue with survivors of the Siege of Leningrad.― organized three three-month educational programs from scratch for 100 participants aged 18-102 from Russia and Germany ― facilitated the work of Russian-German teams in all group stages and organized more than 50 online and offline events ― conducted advertising campaigns for the program and ensured competitive recruitment of participants (50-60 applications for 25 places) ― managed a project budget of 60,000 euros or more ― held events, and meetings with partners at the level of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the German Consulate General

― conducted more than 100 educational sessions for teenagers to introduce them to Jewish culture & tradition with elements of gamification and creativity ― contributed to strengthening the ties between Jewish youth and the Jewish community around the world
