Unique and first of its kind: a Polish-German e-commerce Meetup in Berlin! We started on december 17th with great guests like Allegro, and Händlerbund. The event is addressed primarily to Polish and German online sellers who are interested in expanding into the neighbouring country. I am committed to creating solutions that make everyday life easier for families, with a special focus on quality and innovation.Main responsibilities:- Product Design: We develop products from concept to completion, focusing on the needs of children and their parents. My activities include managing both the creative design process and strict adherence to safety standards.- Quality Control: I ensure that all our products are safe and made to high standards, which I achieve through constant monitoring and testing.- Brand Development: I work on Hylat's brand recognition, trying to reach families in different parts of Europe, so our products can support more homes.

Since 2012 I have been running my own company registered in Germany (www.konsystem.de). Its activity is based on online cross-border sales via e-commerce and marketplaces (eBay de, Amazon.de, Amazon.it, Amazon, fr, Amazon.es, Amazon.co.uk, Rakuten.com, Cdiscount.com and others) . As part of our activity, we sell products from various industries (mainly automotive), both imported and those produced on the EU market. We are directing sales to the European Union markets, as well as to the outside – Switzerland, for instance. Currently we are also launching sales on the Iranian market. An important element of the work of our team is the creation of our own brand BENBOW - www.benbow.de (products of the automotive industry).
