Athensweekly is a group of websites and profiles that aim to inform the citizens of the greater area of Athens Greece about cultural and general events that take place in their city. The basic first idea came from Paris Platanias then it was evolved by all of the 4 members that was then part of the project. My main focus was all the designs of the websites and the pages that where needed. The program used for the CMS of athensweekly.gr is Drupal7 and the programming was made exclusively by George Tsotsos, he also made number of custom modules especially for athensweekly.gr. The CMS for blog.athensweekly.gr is WordPress the basic theme is from yootheme.As I'm part of a small group that run the project I do every job necessary to get it going. From design, to front end coding, to communicate with event managers, artists, possible clients and everyone who has a question or need something to clarify and to content input when is needed. This project helps me gain a lot of experience to fields that I had little, sales, organizing and heading of a small work team, HR and PR.
