Als leefstijldiëtist ben ik gepassioneerd over gezonde, lekkere en zo veel mogelijk plantaardige voeding die volgens de recente stand van wetenschap het beste is voor de mens, de wereld en de dieren. Meer planten eten is, naast beweging, ontspanning en goede slaap, een van de belangrijkste wapens in de strijd tegen de epidemie van de chronische ziekten die we ondanks de verwoede pogingen nog steeds geen halt toe kunnen roepen. Ik wil graag mensen verleiden en laten genieten van de voeding waar ze ook gezonder van worden. Maar ik wil ook de wetenschappelijke kennis over de niet te onderschatten rol van de juiste voeding, beweging, ontspanning en goede slaap voor gezonde en zieke mensen delen om zo het bewustzijn te vergroten en te laten zien dat gezond zijn en vitaal oud worden wel degelijk een optie is. Graag zet ik mijn kennis, ervaring en passie in om mensen en bedrijven te helpen grote en kleine stappen richting gezonde, vitale en duurzame wereld te maken.
