As Office Services Administrator I am in charge of all the day to day tasks including opening and distributing the mail, answering the phones and A/P. I also have numerous other jobs that I perform on a weekly and monthly basis. I handle recruiting when we are hiring. I update reports weekly and process daily, weekly and monthly downloads. I perform on the internal audits for the company. I put together all the new hire paperwork. I attend monthly HR meetings at AIM. I maintain the training database. I also handle the President and CEOs expense reports. I have various other tasks I handle as well.

I started as the receptionist at this company. I answered all incoming calls, opened and distributed the daily mail, greeted guests and assisted the Office Manager when needed. I was promoted after a year to a processor. I handled all the auto and homeowners insurance paperwork. I also registered vehicles when needed.

Norwood, Ma

I started as a file clerk in the service department. Within 6 months I was promoted to the Warranty Administrator. I handled all the warranty claims that came through our service department. My job was to make sure they were coded right and paid within a timely manner. After a few years I moved into the office where my duties ranged from A/P and A/R to billing deals, processing the daily bank deposit, registering cars, and handling all the paperwork for every deal to be sent the banks.
