The new Chicago State Alumni Association (CSAA) launched in July 2024 and includes a new CSAA Board structure and new processes for collecting and sharing alumni and donor stories more regularly and robustly.• Led the FY23 project for operational improvements in database policies and procedures. Launched a cross-departmental alumni and donor data-sharing collaboration, engaging key staff members across multiple University departments in the use of foundation constituent relationship management tools (CRMs) for mutual gain.• Revived the dormant individual giving program to exceed goals; FY24 finished a full 45% over goal, FY23 began a new donor campaign achieving 80% new individual donors, FY22 finished 30% over goal, and FY21 was a 136% increase over FY20.• Led the Champion Mentoring Program in FY21 and FY22, matching alumni and funders to current CSU students.
