Det är ett program där 100 av förvaltningens erfarna medarbetare utbildas och utvecklas till medledare under 1,5 år. Programmet tar sin utgångspunkt i förvaltningens uppdragsbeskrivning för medarbetare:Som medledare tar du ansvar för helheten och bidrar till samverkan över gränser. Du driver utvecklingsarbete mot gemensamma mål och arbetar med att bygga tillitsfulla relationer.
