Throughout my career, I've held numerous positions where I have accrued years of experience in Talent Development, Sales Management and Supply Chain Logistics. Prior to my current role as the West Region Sales Manager, I spent 4 years as the Talent Development Sales Training Manager for UPS Capital with responsibilities over US and Americas sales teams. The majority of my career has been in Sales Leadership, Sales Training, and Business Development for both UPS Capital and UPS. As a Regional Sales Manager for UPS Capital, I was responsible for the coaching and development of my sales team, comprised of Business Development Officers covering territories throughout the Southwest, Northern California, and the Pacific Northwest. In my prior Business Development roles for UPS Capital, I worked as both a Trade Finance Loan Officer and a Trade Risk Specialist in the Southwest. As a Loan Officer, I would structure unique Trade Finance Solutions for companies that want to utilize their import and export assets as a way to unlock additional working capital resources. I am also a Licensed Insurance Producer, specializing in Supply Chain Risk Mitigation Solutions such as Cargo Insurance, Parcel Insurance, and Credit Insurance. From 2009-2011, I lived in Dalian, China. I divided my time between teaching English language and cultural classes to new employees at Intel Corporation, and performing volunteer work for some local organizations such as the International Community of Dalian and the Dalian Today magazine.I am also fluent in Italian.
