I started my first internship at Mercantil do Brazil in November 2019, in the administrative team at the juridical department. I was responsible for the following tasks:- Sending an email for hiring the company's outsourced lawyers - Request and sending all necessary subsidies and documentation for each judicial process - Control of deadlines and delivery of reports - Monitoring and communicating with other departments and with third-party lawyers by email and telephone - Closure and control of processes in excel spreadsheets In December 2020 I was invited to join the Payroll Loan Legal Reports team and started my new activities with the new team: - Preparation of detailed reports for the Payroll Loan area for each process - Sending and requesting all pending documents for the areas required by the responsible outsourced offices - Monitoring and communicating directly with the lawyers by email and telephone for each process - Control through excel spreadsheets of the reports sent and the pending documentation

In this summer internship, I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge in Marketing, Branding, and Product Management in the tasks designated for me.In the second week, I coordinated a time, and together we developed, from my life's purpose that I shared with them, an app project called GGAP. This one is a tool for the fight against the gender gap and the learning about equality for girls and boys since childhood, contributing to building a more just and equal society. One of the most beneficial attributes of this experience was exchanging knowledge and practical learning with people from all around the world. Through this startup, I could contact people from diverse locations such as Chicago, Nigéria, India, and many others.
