- Manage office and retail leasing for properties owned by the group in West Malaysia and Sarawak.- Manage and issue tenancy documents- Monitor and execute renewals- Respond and follow up on leasing inquiries. - Manage and curate social media accounts, websites, and digital screens.

Tenant relationship and leasing for three office buildings and 44 blocks of shophouses.

1. Tenant management, Lease Administration & Documentation.2. Negotiation & budget leasing terms & conditions.3. Work with tenants to develop retail standards & ensure tenants fulfill their lease obligation.4. Achieve leasing income goals established by management.5. Source & seek out prospective tenants.6. Generate new leasing leads & negotiate qualified deals from inception to final execution.7. Develop & Maintain relationships with prospective existing & short term tenants.8. Develop & generate ideas for Mall Marketing & advertising.9. Plan & Execute Mall Events
