Worked one-on-one with members providing assistance to their private student loans. Communicating with members through email, SMS, and phone to answer their questions and concerns. Worked with other credit unions around the country to helped deliver fair‐value private education loans.Managed multiple applications a day to reach out to members of what was required for them to complete their private student loan application
