Current• Led content team and conceptualised Marcom & Content Strategy to target SMEs at various stages of marketing funnel. Expanded the content pillars by three-fold, and quadrupled the number of contents published on brand website per quarter. Also grew the types of content format from one to at least 6 (e.g. infographics, comics, video).• Content Marketing: Oversee content marketing for the 40-man strong division, from planning and conceptualising to managing content production on various channels such as brand website, mass media campaigns and with content publishers. Exceeded KPI of visitorship by 70%. • Launched e-Newsletter: Conceptualised and launched monthly e-newsletter to engage SMEs and attract revisit to website. Achieved good performance, with Open Rate and Click Rate well above industry average every month since launch. • Content Partnership: Actively seek collaboration with content partners – both internal and external - to provide varied and relevant contents for target audience. Established over 10 content partners that contributed to a strong pipeline of diverse and useful contents.
