During my time as a Registered Nurse I developed a strong foundation in patient management, clinicaldocumentation, direct patient care an discharge planning. Through coordinating care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with established protocols, I honed my ability to effectively manage patient needs as patient centered care is very important to me. I also learned the importance of accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation to facilitate continuity of care and appropriate resource management.I am currently working to acquire a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification. The knowledge I am gaining through this course will help me transition into other RN roles. My experience in clinical documentation will enable me to review patient records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, my experience in direct patient care equips me with the knowledge and instincts necessary to understand the patient journey and understand the clinical picture.Furthermore, I possess several strengths that I believe will greatly contribute to my success.
