Lead the Packaging & Retail Group (PRG) and Experiential marketing disciplines for Periscope. Responsible for revenues of $15MM+, across multiple accounts. Direct accountability for teams totaling 50 people, with indirect accountability for an additional 100 people. Overall responsibility for managing complex and multi-party client relationships, driving organic and new revenue, and creating a cohesive and winning culture.• Developed Packaging & Retail Group from the ground up to 40 FTEs (with additional contract/PT) with revenues exceeding $6MM. Expanded group to include two other major clients, increasing total team to 70 people, and revenue responsibility to more than $13MM.• Drove new business development and strategic brand program creation for retailers like Walgreens, Publix, Petco, and Dollar General, leading to seven-figure incremental growth • Led turnaround for a seven-person Experiential marketing team through a period of leadership transition and instability; grew the team to 35-strong with revenue responsibility exceeding $3MM• Increased business growth for the Experiential marketing capability by 75% in 18 months, with greater client retention, satisfaction and program growth for clients including Target• Key member of exploratory group who assessed, developed and launched a global photography capability in our Hong Kong office• Implemented performance-based employee management and work processes to effectively and profitably enable ongoing growth • Member of the Executive Committee, managing overall business direction and decisions
