- Collaborate with the team to design and execute initiatives aimed at nurturing and developing E-commerce creators.- Prepare and design call-to-action content, materials, and banners as per project briefs.- Contribute to the planning and execution of Massive Creator Policies, effectively leveraging TikTok Shop channels and tools.- Assist in identifying relevant brands and products for creators to promote.- Set up vouchers, visibility, and traffic tools to achieve project goals.- Support the setup and co-hosting of online and offline education programs.- Identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.- Conduct ad-hoc research to provide insights with actionable suggestions for creator development.- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align strategies and drive meaningful results.

- Offer comprehensive support to students by thoroughly reviewing their CVs and cover letters and assisting them in interview preparation.- Input and diligently manage the Careers Online Portal data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.- Provide expert guidance to students regarding internship inquiries and efficiently coordinate the necessary documentation.- Actively promote and advocate for the various activities, including workshops, events, and seminars, organized by the Careers, Alumni, and Industry Relations department.- Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining a polished and personable demeanour to uphold the professional reputation of the Job Shop.- Manage RMIT Vietnam Job Shop and RMIT Vietnam Alumni social media channels

- Strategically vet, identify and hunt new influencers who align with our brand DNA.- Build a community around our brand, using a creative approach to connecting influencers and new communities while maintaining, and growing constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, leveraging those relationships to support business objectives and marketing strategies.- Identify influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs, including influencer outreach and negotiation, to ensure an optimal outcome for HEPMIL.- Track, monitor, analyze, and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements through analytical reports to ensure ROI and media value (MV) targets are being hit.- Collaborate with Social Media, Brand and other functions to provide compelling, influencer-led content to engage our community across our social media channels.- Brainstorm and develop out-of-the-box ideas and key concepts for influencers' content.

Participate in data collection for student surveys.Support and encourage respondents to complete the survey with qualified responses.Update working progress with the survey officers daily.

- Liaise with stakeholders such as talents and KOLs to ensure the development and growth of the MCN.- Support Content Strategist to manage Facebook Fanpage and TikTok of in-house talents and company official account.- Support IT team and Content Strategist to develop VZONE MEDIA website by writing SEO contents and drafting website design.- Collaborate with the media team to monitor campaigns and ensure reaching campaign KPÍs.- Recruit talent for the network, negotiate contracts, and handle related paperwork.- Guide talent in channel building and development.- Manage talent network and establish connections with talent.- Organize programs and workshops to connect talent and partners.- Update talent lists and information.- Coordinate with in-house talents to support their live streams.
