Annali Rose is a mindful movement instructor, former professional ballet dancer, artist at heart, and aspiring underwater dancer and model. She is an alumna of Florida State University’s College of Fine Arts’ School of Dance where she was a Legacy Fellow and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance. During her time at FSU, she explored the intersection of multiple artistic mediums including dance, costume design and production, illustration, and videography. Most notably, she conceptualized, co-directed, choreographed and performed in the award-winning underwater dance film, Liminality.Having enjoyed a significant eighteen-year career dancing with Sacramento Ballet, Trey McIntyre Project, Ballet San Jose Silicon Valley, and Amy Seiwert's Imagery, Annali Rose has a deep passion and understanding of movement. She holds multiple certifications that enhance her knowledge of body mechanics, fined tuned eye for movement subtleties, and approach to teaching. She is a Merrithew® Instructor Trainer specializing in STOTT PILATES®, a Fully Certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor, and a Level One Certified GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® Instructor. Her goal is to deliver the highest quality movement instruction and help others find ease, joy, and empowerment in their bodies.
