I am a UX designer @diconium digital solution which is part of the CARIAD - VW Group. I am based in Hamburg, Germany. I studied marketing and international business (B.Sc.) and information management (M.Sc) and I have working experience in product management. I extended my UX knowledge and practice through a CareerFoundry course. I basically worked in gastronomy all my life, so communication and stress resistance was always a big part of my positions. I developed empathy for different types of groups, learned to up-skill my communication and built connections between different teams. I enjoy especially the part of communication and collaboration in this job. Through communication with users, it is possible to understand their behaviours, problems and needs with (online) products. And based on these observations to transform these into useful, pleasant, accessible and understandable online journeys is an exciting experience.
