We invest over 150.000 USD a year for events, training programs and incentive. Local activities and communication are planned to support internal sales department and techsupp, as well as our distributor partners and retail. Since these partnering actors are dislocated in different locations, internal communication and coordination have a relevant impact on daily work.PR and Project management with Italian and European Institutions in Beijing is also part of my role.
