As Account Manager, I am responsible for the management, development, and maintenance of relationships with agency's key clients, including British American Tobacco, Nhood Services, San Marino Outlet Experience, Affide, Scalo Milano.Within this role, I coordinate the activities of the team in order to manage the overall project workflow to ensure that tasks are delivered on time across all the different areas of expertise: online and offline communication campaign creation and implementation, data analysis, social media strategy, corporate and institutional communication, retail events, strategic planning and brand visual identity. As Account manager I play an active role in coordinating activities with other agencies involved in projects (e.g., Media Agencies, PR, etc).Since 2022, I have also taken on the role of Team Leader. As a member of the management team, I report to the Board of Partners regarding human and financial resource management.

Asia-Pacific branch of Giacomini SPA, Giacomini Heating and Cooling Technology import in China and East Asia a “made in Italy” industrial brand and his products.As Marketing Manager I am responsible for all the aspects related on the draft and implementation of the marketing plan, including promotion strategies, advertising, direct marketing, trade shows, website, social media marketing. The goal is to transmit our company institutional image to a different and multicultural audience and adapt our technical content to the local expectation always on move. We invest over 150.000 USD a year for events, training programs and incentive. Local activities and communication are planned to support internal sales department and techsupp, as well as our distributor partners and retail. Since these partnering actors are dislocated in different locations, internal communication and coordination have a relevant impact on daily work.PR and Project management with Italian and European Institutions in Beijing is also part of my role.

The Blenders is an Event and MICE agency in China, specializing in cross-cultural corporate communications. The agency, headquartered in Shanghai, offers integrated marketing campaigns, including event management, exhibitions, incentive and business travels. My objective was to extend the agency network in Beijing as their business development manager and to coordinate agency activities in Beijing.

Alterego video is a network of professionals in the field of video communications and multimedia providing products such as: TV format, Corporate video, Event concept design and management, Interactive e-learning products.Working with high-profile clients such as: De Agostini Dea Kids TV channel, IML Group, VOLVO Italia Spa, AMOVA Associazione medaglie d’oro al valore olimpico, San Carlo Borromeo Hospital, I was responsible for understanding clients’ needs, coordinating our team and suppliers, budget and time management during both project design and implementation.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of De Agostini media, I was responsible for the work flow, time table and budget management of all activities regarding the startup of the TV Channel Dea Sapere (Sky platform). The main task was to ensure collaboration and synergy between partnering departments (production, acquisition-buyers, creative design, marketing, talent and media relations, on air, controllers) whilst co-ordinating and delivering within a tight timeframe.

Working in dynamic environment I was responsible for a number of high profile clients such as BMW Mini, Danone, Sky cinema, Mediaset Premium Mya, Unipol banca, La Sapienza University of Rome, Intesa San Paolo, Fiat Magneti Marelli. I produced and project managed: corportate institutional video, corporate training communication and internal TV content, TV channel graphics and logos pack, on line video advertising, TV format both video shooting and graphics. Client satisfaction was key to my role and I balanced clients’ needs whilst co-ordinating and managing the creativity and production of each project from strategy through to execution.

Responsible for Communication and Marketing budget (250.000 euro). Responsibilities included event management, planning and developing advertising campaigns , editing the association magazine.
