Warwick Business School is one of Europe's leading business schools, and the largest department within the University of Warwick. Within this temporary role, I was primarily responsible for the organisation and management of experiential, recruitment, and business development events, gaining strong project management and leadership skills. I also provided programme delivery support, whereby I ensured the smooth running of hospitality arrangements, provided materials, and managed relationships with external suppliers. Furthermore, I supported hybrid teaching delivery through providing technical support and guidance to academics and students as required, and setting up and testing the quality of audio-visual equipment.

I was elected as the 2021-2022 Campaigning and Events Manager for Leeds University Amnesty International. Within this role, I worked as part of a small dynamic team to:- Organise and oversee the delivery of fundraising and social events: For example, sourcing talent, booking the venue, and other administrative tasks for our large-scale music fundraising event with multiple acts.- Promote the society's central campaigns and communicate with external speakers, societies, and stakeholders: For example, organising a collaboration with Leeds Student Action for Refugees (STAR) in to increase awareness surrounding the Nationality and Borders Bill and asylum seekers rights.- Create and deliver weekly presentations to a students, significantly enhancing my communication and public speaking skills.

Within my seasonal role, I was responsible for welcoming customers to the site and providing them with instructions, serving customers at tills, restocking products, and enforcing covid-19 restrictions, requiring multi-tasking, often in high-pressure situations.
