Before then, I anchored the weekend evening newscasts at 5pm and 10pm on KGMB and KHNL (CBS and NBC affiliates) in Hawaii and 9pm on K5. During the weekdays, I report on issues across the islands and interview newsmakers.

I anchored and managed "Early Edition" and "News Now" weekday mornings on ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) based in Manila and broadcast worldwide under The Filipino Channel cable service. I interviewed global newsmakers and hosted the "Food Diplomacy" series profiling ambassadors assigned to the Philippines and "Fil.I.Am" series about my expat experience. I produced special reports about news events, including the ASEAN Summit, Shangri-La Dialogue, Marawi anniversary and Trump-Kim Summit.
