Maintained sensitivity and confidentiality while interacting a variety of vulnerable populations & clinical diagnoses (including individuals in substance abuse recovery, those prior/recent suicidal attempts, patients with bipolar or schizophrenia disorders, etc.) Communicated regularly with research & grant team in order to ensure the quality of data and deadlines of grant goals.-- Assisted in grant submission for AI communication chatbot systems within the mental health field.
